The Prince Castle Tomato Saber is the perfect tomato slicing system. Our exclusive Perma-Tight blade cartridge ensures smooth and quick slicing, allowing for perfect caramelization every time. The contoured pusher head holds the tomato in place while slicing and permanently lubricated Duralon bearings ensure a smooth and quick slicing stroke. The Tomato Catcher snaps onto the unit and catches the sliced tomato for easy handling, less mess, and improved food safety.

Constructed of aluminum, plastic, and stainless steel, the Tomato Saber is easy to clean and includes safety features such as the Blade Guard, Tomato Catcher, and non-skid feet. By slicing tomatoes on demand with the Tomato Saber, operators realize improved product consistency/quality, better usage management, and maximize their operation’s profitability compared to pre-sliced packaged tomato alternatives.

The Tomato Saber includes the Perma-Tight blade cartridge system, an ergonomically-designed contoured pusher handle, a built-in hand guard, permanently lubricated bearings, and commercial-grade aluminum cast base for added strength, weight, and corrosion-resistance.

We offer two models of the Tomato Saber, the High Yield model which provides additional slices of tomato and the Standard model. Additionally, we offer blade cartridges to effortlessly slice tomatoes into slices ranging from 1/4 inches, 3/8 inches, 3/16 inches, and 7/32-inch thickness.
